Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment is very important to us. We understand schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation.

Second offender cancellations with less than 24 hours from scheduled service will be charged a fee of 50% deposit to reschedule. The fee does go towards your next service.

Returns:

Products are not eligible for a refund, however they can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, as long as the bottle is 80% full.

Redo Policy:

Because of the creativity of our industry, we DO NOT offer refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your results, we will work with you to make adjustments, within reason. All redo appointments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment.

As much as we love furry friends, they are not welcome in our salon for their safety.

Children

We do perform any services for children under the age of 12.

For safety reasons, and for our guests who come to relax, children are not permitted in the salon without an appointment.

Anyone with an appointment under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
